The software says "Not connected to Internet", when I am connected

If you know for certain that you are connected to the Internet, but the SurgTrac application gives the message "Not connected to Internet", then follow the steps below to 'restore' your connection:

  1. Click on Settings (you can click on the cog icon on the log in screen, or on the Settings tab in the main menu).
  2. Change connection mode to "Always online".

The SurgTrac application should now be connected to our servers, and you will be able to log in to your account.
