You should have a crystal clear and sharply focused image at all times.
If not, ensure that you have optimal light inside the case, with the LED light strip turned on if required, then click on the 'refocus' button. Sometimes more than one refocus is required.
If the image is still not in sharp focus - remove the practice model from the field of view, click refocus, replace the practice model and then click refocus again.
If this still doesn't give a crystal clear image, disconnect the USB camera, close SurgTrac, reconnect the camera and re-open SurgTrac.
It can sometimes take more than one alteration to get the camera fully focused at the start of a practise session, but you should always be able to achieve a clear and focused image. If not, please get in touch: support@eoSurgical.zendesk.com.
